Pam is a member of the Spiritual Direction Graduate Certificate Program team at Moravian Theological Seminary. Pam teaches the Seminary Prayer class and has been offering supervision to students in the two-year Spiritual Direction program since 2021. Pam also assists in planning and hosting fall and spring semester class retreats. Pam is a member of the MTS Alumni Council, helping to continue the Seminary’s commitment to carrying its traditions and heritage into the future. With spiritual direction program director Marcella Kraybill-Greggo, Pam produces the Podbean podcast "Find Your Center, Find Your Feet."

Pam has a passion for spiritual practice. While teaching Prayer class, she leads students through a study of the spiritual, psychology, and praxis of prayer, helping students to cultivate a willingness to dig deeper into their relationship with the Holy.

When she is not doing something related to Moravian Theological Seminary, she is the host of The Talking Joy Podcast, where she interviews spiritual thought leaders and authors who have inspired her work. Pam also has a private Spiritual Direction practice, offering both individual and group Spiritual Direction, companioning people in their spiritual journey, exploring matters of the soul, faith, and God.
