Randy has served as Director of Administration since September 2021. Prior to this, Randy was Director of Enrollment from 2019-21. Randy is delighted and honored to serve as a staff member of his alma mater.

Randy holds a Master of Divinity from Moravian Theological Seminary and was ordained and licensed for ministry by Metropolitan Community Churches in September 2016. Randy’s ministry emphases across parish and non-traditional settings, and have included music and worship, adult Christian education, 21st century evangelism, and new church development.

Prior to his call to ministry, Randy received a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems from Shepherd University (Shepherdstown, WV) and also spent a lengthy tour in retail management and human resources. Areas of focus included talent development, career advancement, employee engagement, and discrimination and harassment prevention.

In both secular and sacred spaces, Randy brings robust experience and a strong passion for listening, discernment, and helping individuals realize and maximize their own gifts and potential.
